My sons computer had quit working after changing the RAM in it. I called around to several places and no one would get back with me. John was very prompt, knowledgeable and reasonable on his work. If I ever have any problems with any of my computers, I will definitely be calling him. I highly recommend him.

John has been our "go-to" guy for all our computer needs for quite a number of years. He is everything all the reviews say he is! Honest, reliable, prompt in responding to "calls for help"! He recently diagnosed our "several-years-old" computer...becoming slower than molasses...with a fading hard drive. He came to the house, picked up the computer, ordered the new hard drive even before he pulled out of our driveway! He had the new hard drive installed, all the data transferred, and the computer back in our office within a couple of days!

John is absolutely the best! He is always so patient and understanding. Again and again he has come to my rescue ,either with computer issues or printer issues. He just set up our new printer. I was very impressed with John's response and repair time. My Toshiba laptop (quite old) just crashed and wouldn't boot up. John was able to recover all existing data on my hard drive. After determining the HD was the problem, John installed a new HD and transferred all my previous data as well. As I was still running Windows 7, John recommended upgrading to Windows 10. My PC is running flawlessly thanks to John's expertise and attention to detail. Can't thank JD's Computer Service enough. I will recommend them to anyone I know that is having pc problems.
